Called “Utah’s Little Hollywood,” Kanab boasts an impressive list of westerns that have been filmed there. Buildings from the sets of such films as One Little Indian (1973), Black Bart (1948), Truth or Consequences, NM (1997), and Clint Eastwood’s The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976) are on display at Frontier Movie Town.

At Frontier Movie Town, rent costumes from the period and pose for vintage Wild West photographs, or enjoy a dinner and a Western show. Frontier Movie Town also features some of the best in cowboy cooking, with roast beef, Dutch-oven chicken, cowboy beans, biscuits, and iced tea, served up on tin plates and cups—cowboy style.

In addition to souvenir photographs in Wild West costumes, the expansive gift shop offers a variety of authentic Native American arts and crafts, as well as cowboy hats, coonskin caps, and other popular relics of the American West.

Frontier Movie Town is open daily 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.
