Activities : Southern Utah International Documentary Film Festival

DOCUTAH is poised to experience its first year as an international documentary film festival in September 2010 in breathtaking Southern Utah. They will visit several places in Utah, including Springdale, Kanab, and the Dixie College campus in St. George, showing films created right here in the Southern Utah area.

The goal of DOCUTAH is to create a film festival of international scope. They accept submissions from independent filmmakers all around the world, including students, and give awards to filmmakers based on the opinions of a professional judging panel.

In addition to screening films at both indoor and outdoor venues, they host master class seminars with internationally renowned guest lecturers who are industry professionals providing an academically based/ hands-on approach to film making.
